Services // What We Build
Three Core Capabilities One Standard
Every service Wireline Consulting offers is built around a single commitment: get it done right, on schedule, with the documentation to prove it.
Small Cell Node Deployment
End-to-end deployment in the most demanding urban environments.
Small cell deployment is one of the most logistically complex operations in modern telecom construction. Every node requires coordination across multiple stakeholders — city permitting offices, utility companies, property owners, and the carrier's own network engineering team. Wireline Consulting manages the full deployment lifecycle, from pre-construction coordination through final commissioning and carrier acceptance.
Wireline Difference
We've deployed small cell nodes in downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and other dense Pacific Northwest markets where the permitting complexity alone stops most contractors. We don't stop at the permit — we build.
Capabilities
- Site survey and pre-construction assessment
- Permit acquisition across multiple jurisdictions
- Conduit and fiber installation to node locations
- Node mounting and hardware installation
- Fiber splicing, testing and OTDR documentation
- Carrier acceptance, testing and closeout package delivery
High-Count Fiber Placement
Precision fiber installation through the corridors others won't touch.
High-count fiber placement in urban environments requires more than construction skill — it requires the ability to navigate regulatory complexity, coordinate with multiple utility stakeholders, and execute precision work in confined, high-traffic conditions. Wireline Consulting has placed fiber through active downtown streets, under historic districts, and across multi-jurisdiction right-of-ways that required simultaneous permit management across city, county, and state agencies.
Wireline Difference
Our crews are experienced in the specific challenges of Pacific Northwest urban fiber — from Seattle's dense underground utility corridors to Bellevue's compressed construction windows. We bring the right equipment, the right permits, and the right people.
Capabilities
- Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) and boring
- Conduit installation and innerduct placement
- High-count fiber pulls (up to 864-count and beyond)
- Aerial fiber installation and lashing
- Splice enclosure installation and fiber splicing
- OTDR testing and as-built documentation
Hub Connectivity
Every strand accounted for. Every connection verified.
Hub connectivity is where the precision of fiber construction meets the exacting standards of carrier network operations. Connecting remote nodes back to central hubs requires meticulous splicing, rigorous testing, and documentation that meets carrier acceptance criteria on the first submission. Wireline Consulting's splicing teams are trained to carrier standards and have a track record of first-pass acceptance on hub connectivity projects.
Wireline Difference
We don't hand off a splice case and walk away. Our hub connectivity work comes with complete documentation — splice records, OTDR traces, loss budgets — packaged for carrier acceptance. First-pass acceptance is our standard, not our goal.
Capabilities
- Fusion splicing to carrier specifications
- Splice case and closure installation
- Hub room fiber termination and patching
- OTDR and optical power meter testing
- End-to-end loss budget verification
- As-built documentation and carrier acceptance packages
