Wireline Consulting was founded on a straightforward premise: The network providers and GCs doing the most complex fiber work in the Pacific Northwest deserved a construction partner who could actually execute — not just bid low and escalate problems. Our founders came up through the field. They've pulled fiber in the worst weather conditions, navigated multi-agency permit battles, and enhanced schedules after subsurface surprises. That experience is the foundation of how we run every project. Today, we work exclusively with major Tier-1 carriers and their general contractors on the projects that require the most from a construction team — dense urban small cell deployments, high-count fiber routes with hard deadlines, and hub connectivity builds that form the backbone of regional networks.
